The Process

How a 360° project works

A brand is made of hundreds of small decisions: a color, a typeface, the way a button looks, the tone of a caption. When those decisions are made in one place, they stay connected. The thinking behind your identity carries straight into your website, and your website into every post and printed piece that follows.

That’s why I work in this order. We start with the foundations and build outwards, so each step is shaped by what came before, and nothing has to be reinvented along the way.

1. Getting to know you.

Who you're for, what you want to be known for, and what isn't working yet.

2. Brand foundations

The strategy and personality everything else will follow.

3. Identity and guidelines

Logo, color, type and the rules that keep it consistent.

4. Website development

Designed and built on top of the brand, not alongside it.

5. Social media, ads and/or print

Social media posts, templates, business cards, flyers, whatever you need to show up.

6. Handover and beyond

Everything you need to run it yourself, and me on hand when you want more.
